** AUTOPAY CUSTOMERS: If you sign up for OR change your Autopay method, if there is an amount due, the City will not be able to collect your payment through Autopay. You have to make a payment for the amount due. If you do not make your payment, you will receive a late fee for not paying the bill. The City is not responsible if you accrue a late fee charge.

If you are using one-time payment, please use your full account number including zeroes and dashes. For your address, use the house digits only, not the street name.
